“Adam and his team are top notch. I had 5 quotes for new units, and Ellis stood out amongst the group. My old set up was complicated, and they were not in a desirable location. The salesperson asked for a second appointment so Adam, the installer, could help solution how to best install the units. I was thrilled with Adam’s idea to move the units from next to my pool to the roof of the garage. The old set up made it so loud when we were trying to enjoy some time outback. Adam created custom stands for the units, and when he installed them he thoughtfully put the largest unit furthest from the house to minimize noise. When I needed a service repair, they promptly responded and quickly addressed a warranty repair.”

“Update- 4/2026: Adam is still our go-to guy! He replaced our unit last year and just had our Spring service to make sure it is running well for summer. 2019: Adam scheduled an appointment and was right on time. They quickly confirmed what a prior HVAC company had stated to be the issue- leaking coils. The biggest difference was they were on the phone immediately and tracked down where our coils were purchased, confirmed they were under warranty, and asked them to hold the replacements. They scheduled the repair work and again were right on time. They completed the work, made sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned up. They are reliable and offer reasonable prices. I have already recommended Ellis Heating and Air to my friends and family and have made sure to save their contact for the next time we need an HVAC company.”
